Quiz for married people :)

1) When was your wedding day? 1st December 2007

2) What day of the week was it? Saturday

3) Did you get married in a church? Yep, in our church

4) How many in your wedding party? 10.. Vicky, Kylee, Laura, Nicky, Me, Jim, Tom, Aaron, Nigel & Micko

5) Where was your reception? Hill Station in Hume

6) How many guests were invited to your wedding? Around 100 or so I think

7) How long did you wait to Tie The Knot after your proposal? We ended up setting a date that was 13 months later

8) Who did you hire as your photographer? Craig from church

9) Did you have a DJ or a band? DJ

10) Did your father walk you down the aisle? he sure did

11) What color were the bridesmaid dresses & groomsmen vests? Bridesmaids wore a dark purple dress that had black lace across the top and the boys wore black shirts with no vests or ties

12) What was your first song? I think it was KC & JoJo, All my life

13) How long did it take to plan the wedding? not sure.. wasn't anything i did full time.. maybe 6 months? I did bits and pieces here and there

14) What type of limo did you get? A mercedes i think it was

15) Where did you go for your Bachelorette/Bachelor Party? I went to dinner and then a friends place, boys went bowling

16) What type of wedding gown/tux did you two wear? I wore a simple white dress that had beads on the top and jim wore a black suit

17) How was the weather? WET!!! It poured during the ceremony, was light rain for photos then cleared up during the reception. Our photographer had a last min run around trying to find a new photos location

18) Where did you go on your Honeymoon? Palm Cove in Qld, BEST holiday ever

19) What was your favorite part of your wedding day? Walking up to Jim and him seeing me for the first time that day

20) How long have you been married? 16 1/2 months

21 What was the worst part of your wedding day? The fact that it went SO quick!!

22. Did you see your husband before the ceremony? nope

23. What kind of flowers were in your bouquet? A whole bunch that were absolutely gorgeous!

24. What were your "something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue?Old and new were undergarments; dress, shoes, veil were new... nothing borrowed or blue

25. Did you light a unity candle? no

26. Did you cry during your wedding? Nope. Jim almost made me cry tho bcoz he had tears in his eyes awww!

27. Where did you buy your wedding gown? from Pambula

28. What flavor was your wedding cake? chocolate mud cake & fruit cake for the top layer

28. Did you smash cake in each other's face or were you "nice"? nice

29. Did you freeze the top layer of your cake and eat it on your first wedding anniversary? We didn't get to eat it... but still have it! It's too pretty to throw out lol

30. When did you open your wedding gifts? The next day at my parents place

31. Did you have a bridal shower? No

32. The night before your wedding, did you sleep much? Yeah kinda.. took me a lil while to get to sleep but i think i ended up getting 7 or 8 hrs sleep

33. Did your bridal party deck out the get away car? No

34. Anything special about the day/time of year you were married? it was the first day of summer... :)
